Ride Description:

Join us for an early evening ride from Willis Tucker Park through some neighborhoods on our way to Mill Creek Town Center.  The ride will continue through Mill Creek, past Silver Lake, and head back to Willis Tucker Park.  The pace for this ride is moderate (14mph to 16mph on the flats).  The terrain is rolling and there are a few steep but short climbs. There are restrooms at the start and an optional break at mile 21.

Expectations (important, please read!): Arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the ride to check off your name or sign the waiver and be part of the safety briefing. Riders have to be independent when they have a flat and/or mechanical. Please print a cue sheet in case you get separated from the group and bring a charged cellphone if possible. We will regroup occasionally and at major turns. Steady rain and other adverse conditions will cancel the ride. If the ride is canceled, it will be posted by 4:00 pm in the comment section and the ride leader will not be at the start. If weather conditions are adverse at start time the ride may be canceled and if weather conditions change during the ride, the ride leader may shorten the route.

For a mentoring opportunity, please familiarize yourself with the route and contact the ride leader at least two days in advance.

Please register for the ride by clicking on the red Register Now button on the top of this page.

Below you will find links to the route.

Hi Mike. If Petra can't make the ride, I will be happy to help you.

Just let me know. See you tomorrow.

Turns out the tire blew out the side wall,  limped back with booted tire with 40psi.  Second GP 4000 tire to blow like this.  First time the tire had 500 miles this time 4 miles.   Hope everybody had a good ride.
