Join us for a vigorous paced (19 mph on the flats) ride of 85 miles from Magnuson Park to Lake Roesiger and return. Let's meet at the Cascade Bicycle Club headquarters for a pre-ride brief at 0900, then we'll roll out at 0915. Our route will take us north through Mill Creek and Snohomish, up the big hill through Three Lakes, and then around Lake Roesiger. Return via Monroe and Woodinville. Restrooms available at the start, and breaks along the way at miles 24, 42, 55 (food), and 73. Our goal will be to stay together, regrouping as needed at the top of the longer climbs. We'll limit speed to 15mph when on sections of multi-use paths. If the roads are wet, or rain in the forecast, fenders appreciated. Hope you can ride along with us.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
