The weather forecast for Thursday is 70 degrees and no rain!* So let's ride a figure-8 loop from Bothell to the famous Sultan Bakery and back. The pace will be moderate (14-16mph on the flat). There are some significant hills, but the ride leader won't be hammering up them. You can wait for me at the top.**
If the roads are likely to be wet, please have full fenders & mud flaps. It's a good idea to have the equipment and know how to take care of flats.***
We will regroup as needed. A map & cue sheet is provided in the link below; please download or print it if you want it during the ride.
If steady rain is predicted for the start time, the leader will not be at the start, and a cancellation notice will be posted here no later than 7:30 a.m. day of ride.
Please be at start 10 minutes early for sign-in & safety talk. There are restrooms at start.
Please register online to save time at the start. Make sure you are logged into your CBC account, and on the ride announcement click on "Register Now". If you can't make the ride you do not have to unregister.
