Plus One (+1) Ride: Bakery and the Whole Nine Yards
Event has already happened.
Let's get together and do a social and casual ride on the trail from Bothell to Redmond and back! Oh, and don't forget to bring plus one (+1) with you. It can be your friend who has been hearing about your adventure, your kid in a trailer, or a friendly puppy in the basket!
We will start from Nine Yards Brewing in Kenmore/Bothel. We will catch Burke-Gilman Trail then Sammamish Trail to Redmond. We will check out parks along the way and take a break as needed. Our destination in Redmond is Midori Bakery. We will return on the same trails. At the end of the ride, you are invited to have a beer at Nine Yards Brewing (kids friendly).
There is no bathroom at the start, but Log Boom Park is nearby and they have the bathrooms. You will be parking on street for this ride. Please respect nearby businesses and parking hours if any. This is a flat route, but it can get windy. If there is a headwind, we will go slower than the pace listed. Please come dressed in layers that includes a wind/rain breaker. And don't forget a water bottle and snacks!
If you haven't been on your bike for a while, please do ABC check (link below). If you think your bike needs a bit more TLC, please take it in a few days prior to the ride date just in case they are busy.
