Event has already happened.
Join the Tuesday group for a rolling ride through East King County. Start at QFC Redmond Ridge parking lot. We'll meet in the far northwest corner of the lot away from the prime parking spots in front of QFC. There are bathrooms available in QFC. We'll ride north and east into Duvall and further east on Cherry Valley Road. The ride uses two miles of the hard packed gravel Snoqualmie Valley Trail from Stillwater into Carnation to avoid the busy and narrow route 203. Trail is easily rideable and quite pretty. Lunch break at Starbuck's in Carnation, then back across valley, climbing Union Hill back to start.
Newcomers are welcome. Everyone who can sign onto the Cascade Bicycle Club website, please pre-register on-line. Others can sign paper waiver at start. Ride is available for mentoring and ride leader candidates should contact leader at least two days in advance. Heavy rain cancels ride and leader will post that cancellation before 8 AM day of ride. Cue sheet is available at Ride with GPS.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
