Steady paced rides (12-14  mph) is often considered the perfect pace by many riders.  Fast enough to get a workout in yet slow enough to enjoy the scenery.  And scenery is just what you will get on the beautiful Redhook /Sammamish Lake Loop ride on Saturday, Sept. 7.

Leaving Redhook Brewery at 9 a.m., ride leaders Matt and Marizel will lead you to Marymoor Park and counter clockwise around the lake.  The ride offers enough hills to add a little challenge but nothing to frighten anyone away.   Bring along some cash because halfway through the loop, there’s a refueling stop at Tully’s, and we’ll celebrate the end of the ride in style at Redhook.

“A coffee stop and a brew at the end always make a nice incentive to ride!” said Matt.
