Critical Lass: Pedaling for wine and chocolate

Critical Lass is meeting tomorrow, July 24, for an evening of chocolate, wine and bikes.

Critical Lass rides are easy, social rides for women lasting 45 minutes to an hour.

This month’s ride will start at Theo’s Chocolate, 3400 Phinney Avenue North, at 5:30 p.m. There will be a quick Fix a Flat demo before the group rolls out to the Ship Canal Trail, across the Ballard Locks and back to Fremont via the 58th Street Greenway. The ride re-convenes at Fremont Cellars for wine tasting and talk by a Hope, Heart, Health expert about the health benefits of wine and chocolate.

Children (in bike seats, trailers, trailer bikes) are welcome during the chocolate and ride portion.
