Meet Kay, Cascade Bicycle Club member
- Gen: Millennial
- Residence: Bellevue, WA
- Kay was introduced to Cascade in 2025 and completing both the Cascade Training Series (CTS) and STP (in two days) that year. She rode STP again in 2026 (this time, in one day!) and added Flying Wheels to her list of completed rides.
- In Cascade, Kay's found new friendships and a sense of community, especially among strong women who share the same passion for exercise, self-improvement, and support for others.

Bike and Celebrate the Burke-Gilman Trail Sept. 12
- Cascade is holding five Free Group Rides to celebrate the history of Seattle’s Burke-Gilman Trail, which helped inspire a nationwide rails-to-trails movement.
- Bike and party with us in Matthews Beach Park on Sept. 12 to commemorate the 1971 “hike-in” that led to the trail’s creation.
