Event has already happened.
It's winter and this is the time of the year when I become a "couch potato". I struggle every year at this time to get out the door. I hate the cold. But I'm determined this year to get out there on my bike and keep some of my fitness throughout the winter months. If you too are a winter couch potato join me in putting a stop to this seasonal ailment. Join me this Friday for a ride up and down the valley. We'll spin our legs, get some fresh (chilly air), and enjoy the morning on our bikes with fellow riders.
We will start our ride from Walmart’s parking lot in the Super Mall in Auburn. Meet on the south end of Walmart next to the Interurban trailhead entrance. Meet at the parking lot early enough to sign the ride waiver, hear the route details, and review the SMART riding.
Riders should come prepared with all necessary equipment to fix a flat and ride safely.
Moderate pace (if there are posted speed signs on the trails we will not exceed them).

What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
