On Tuesday and Wednesday, July 10 and 11, the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) will close Lake Washington Boulevard South in both directions from Lakeside Avenue South to South Massachusetts Street.
The crews will be working from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day while they grind down and remove 8,000 square feet of roadway and replace 33,000 square feet with new pavement. The work is part of SDOT's Annual Major Maintenance program.
Vehicles and bicycles will follow a signed detour.
