Teresa Lee Lehr-Franks
I have been cycling regularly since 2008 and became a ride leader in 2010. I am a nurse and work part time. My husband Paul Franks is also a cyclist and ride leader. I do primarily road riding but also enjoy gravel rides on my cyclocross bike.
First joined Cascade to participate in CTS and event rides. I lead rides called BABES (Beautiful Area Biking East side or essentially south) and occasionally lead for the Tuesday TREATS group. My rides are generally rural, quiet and hilly and involve a Starbucks stop if at all possible. I also enjoy posting some rides out of my usual area such as Fall City, Skagit County or Pierce County. The biggest benefit of cycling and leading rides for Cascade has been all the wonderful people I have met and the lasting friendships that I have formed.
