WRUMPS: Newport Hills - May Valley - 164th Ave
If you are new, please read our newcomer information.
NOTE: New starting location. There is a bathroom at the start.
We'll ride at moderate pace at 14-16mph on flat terrain, self pace while riding up the hills, and regroup at the top of each hill. We'll make a stop for coffee & nutrition at Issaquah Coffee where you can purchase food or consume your own. Please print a cue sheet from the link if you use one, and bring a spare tube and equipment to fix a flat if needed.
Please RSVP by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page. Then put a checkmark in the waiver release box, complete the Emergency Contact Number, and click on Save. By doing this you will save time at the ride start. Note that this RSVP requires a Cascade Bicycle Club account. If you don't have one and/or don't want one, come to the ride anyway and just sign the waiver/attendee sheet. All are welcome.
If weather conditions meet the cancel criteria on the day of the ride, I will post a ride-cancelled notice in Comments, below, two hours prior. Ice or snow also cancel. Please check here before leaving for the ride.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the ride start to ready your bike and hear the safety briefing. If wet weather, please be courteous to other riders by having fenders on your bike (preferably extra long with a buddy/mud flap).
