A nice flat ride from Auburn up the Kent Valley using the Interurban & Green River Trail plus low traffic Frager Road. Meet at the Auburn Regal Cinema next to Walmart in the Outlet Mall. Please arrive early enough to prepare your bike and listen to the SMART talk.  

If the ride is canceled it will be noted in the comment section two hours prior to the start.

Please bring tools and tube to fix a flat, cue sheet if you do not know the route, and lights (back blinky and front light). If you are unsure about riding in the dark, this is a great route to check out your comfort level.

Terrain indicates the most common or average terrain type of the ride and should be considered relative to the length and overall difficulty of the ride. For example, a long-distance ride with a lot of elevation gain will be overall less challenging than a short ride with equal elevation gain. Consider the pace and frequency of regroup as well to understand how advanced a ride may be.

  • Mostly flat: Trails and/or mostly flat roads with a possible gentle uphill
  • Rolling: Climbs are short and easy, not too numerous
  • Some hills: A few short, steep hills, some moderate upgrades and/or longer gentle climbs
  • Hilly: Consistent or continuous climbing
  • Off-road: Significant unpaved sections
