MTB Ride - Grand Ridge + Bootcamp (Duthie)

Come join me for a fun work out on your mountain bike. We'll meet at the Duthie Hill Mountain Bike parking lot and ride to the clearing together, then warm up with a Bootcamp beginner course, then head across the street to Grand Ridge. 

The stretch of Grand Ridge that we will do is not very technical but will require stamina because it includes ~ a 3 mile, fairly steep climb.  

Moderately experienced riders should be fine on this ride but it is not well suited for children or very beginner riders.

Regroup: Since everyone climbs at their own pace, there are few regroup opportunities. Bring anything you might need to deal with mechanical issues. 

Requirements: Mountain bike, helmet, water, and snacks. There is not food available to purchase and no organized stops.  There is a porta potty at the clearing but nothing on Grand Ridge.

Cancellation: Steady rain will cancel. In the event of known cancellation, I will post about an hour ahead of time and will not be present at the ride start.
