This is social ride. You need to bring a pump, tube and/ or flat repair kit. If you need a cue sheet please print one for yourself.
If you are new to cycling and/ or are wanting to get back into riding a bicycle, this ride is for you. If you have questions or concerns about shifting, pedaling or both you can ask for help and we can try to address these questions so as to help you get acquainted with your bike.
This ride is mostly flat with an elevation gain of 200 feet, a loop trip distance of 26 miles with speeds between 12 to 14 MPH. We will ride to Kent along the Green River trail, make a stop at Panera Bread before returning to our start point.
