The Griffin Creek Bridge Rehabilitation Project will be taking place in the Carnation area at Griffin Creek adjacent to the intersection of NE 11th St and the Snoqualmie Valley Trail. The scope of work for this project includes the replacement and/or permanent shoring of dilapidated wood timbers. This will improve the structural integrity of the bridge, ensuring continued public use. The trail will be closed from the NE 11th St. access point southward to the south side of the NE 8th St. bridge abutment from Aug. 13 – Nov. 2. As there is no viable detour route, the County asks that alternative provisions be made by trail users during this time.
