Calling all Cascade Bicycle Club members! Do you know where your ballot is? The next election for board of directors is taking place on March 22. With a contested election, your vote will make a difference.

You have two options for emailing the candidates. Send a message via the All Candidates email. Note that message sent to this email address will be forwarded to all candidates.

If you have a question for an indvidual candidate, individual email addresses are noted on the statement pages.

The Cascade forums are a good place to ask questions, read opinions and share ideas. Forums are free and open to anyone, not just members. Cast your ballot

Members in good standing may cast ballots any time by March 22. If you mail your ballot, it must be post-marked by March 22. Ballots should be mailed with correct postage to 7400 Sand Point Way NE, Suite101S, Seattle, WA 98115.

You may also deliver it in-person to the Cascade office, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are located at 7400 Sand Point Way in Magnuson Park.  Ballots will be collected at the Candidate Forum on March 22.

Election results

In keeping with Club Bylaws, the board election will be “certified” on or before Thursday, March 31. The newly elected board members will be seated shortly thereafter. An announcement of the certification will be made on the home page of the Club’s web site with a link to election results. Results will also be announced in other Club communications, including here on the blog.
