Packet pick-up

Packet mailing

The deadline for purchasing packet mailing is June 12, and packets will start going in the mail the week of June 16.  With 3,500+ to mail it may take our volunteers up to two weeks to get them all in the mail.  If you did not pay the additional $15 for packet mailing, you will need to go to a packet pick-up.

Not sure if you have packet mailing? Sign in to the system, click on My Account, scroll to the list of orders at the bottom of the page. Click on the order number for your STP order (make sure that there's not a separate order for just the packet mailing in the order list). A detail order view opens up. If you have packet mailing, it will be listed. If not, click on the buy addon link in the STP order to add this to your order. Make sure to proceed to checkout after adding the packet mailing.

Packet pick-up times and locations

Please print your registration confirmation and bring it with you to packet pickup.  If you come to packet pickup without your confirmation, you will need to have picture ID.  You can pick up packets for other riders as long as you have their confirmations with you and have your own picture ID.

ALL packets will be available at ALL three packet pickup locations.  (Unclaimed Portland packets are returned to Seattle.)

Parking passes (unlimited) and Bus/Bike tickets (subject to availability) will be sold at Portland and Seattle REI packet pickups.  Saturday-Monday parking will also be sold at the start line.
