Come join me for a low key morning loop on the Interurban and Green river trails. We will be starting in Kent at LA Fitness then heading along the Green river trail with a short break at Subway before returning on the Interurban trail. Come enjoy some exercise with no stress! Please use the link below to print a cue sheet if you require one. Arrive early enough to ready your bike and sign the ride waiver. The pace of this ride is based on having no wind. If we have a headwind, the pace will be lower, if we have a tailwind, the pace may be higher. Keep this in mind when deciding to do this ride.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
