Event has already happened.
This steady pace ride takes us from Magnuson Park, across I-90 to Mercer Island, where we loop around the island with rolling hills and scenic water views before heading back to the start. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start so you have time to get your bike ready, sign the waiver and listen to the safety briefing. There are limited bathroom facilities at the start so plan accordingly. We will have a rest stop at Lid Park on Mercer Island before we start around the island and just before we leave the island. Bring your food for the ride as we will not make a separate lunch stop. We will regroup at the top of climbs and before and after crossing the I-90 bridge.
Riders should have a spare tube or patch kit, know how to fix a flat, and have the ability to make minor mechanical adjustments/repairs to their bike.
Use the NE 65th Street entrance Magnuson Park. Parking Lot E5 is at the bottom of the hill on the left side.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
