Ride Description:

The Almost Any Weather Riding Group enjoys steady-paced bike rides that provide fun exercise without being grueling. Our rides emphasize safety and camaraderie and are appropriate for riders with a wide range of abilities.

This week we will ride a route that takes us over the top of Finn Hill to Lake Forest Park. The route starts at the Juanita Village Starbucks, about a block north of Juanita Beach Park. We will head north to go up Juanita Drive, which has a long incline at a relatively modest grade. After descending the far side of the hill we will follow the Burke Gilman Trail to Lake Forest Park Center, where we will make a stop at the Essential Baking Company. From there we will take the bike trail back to Waynita Way/100th Avenue, which goes back to Starbucks.

This is a no-drop ride. We will either stay together or regroup frequently.

Showers cancel this ride. Snow or ice cancel this ride.
