Ride Description:

This S.L.O.W. Ride for Senior Ladies* On Wheels (*all riders of all ages welcome, as long as you ride S.L.O.W!) will take us to Bike Expo in time browse a bit before hearing an exciting presentation about Seattle Neighborhood Greenways at 12:30.  We will follow the I-90 trail to the International District, then wind our way to the Elliott Bay Trail to Bike Expo at Smith Cove. We will negotiate a return time after arriving at Bike Expo for those who want to return together. One way to Smith Cove is 7.6 miles, round trip just over 15 miles. Bike valet parking is provided by Bike Works for a small donation. Admission to Bike Expo is $10 for a single-day pass, $12 for a two-day pass, and Cascade members get a $2 discount on single-day tickets.  Don't worry, we won't hurry!  The slowest rider sets the pace and we won't leave anyone behind.
