Ride Description:

This can be a challenging  ride but rewarding way to see Emerald City.  We'll go to Green Lake, visit the Troll and Lenin statue, walk thru (required) Balland Locks, see a panoramic view of the city from Smith Cove and stop at Seattle Center for lunch (bike locks highly recommended).  Then downtown on the bike lane on 2nd, go thru the International District and skim along Lake Washington to the U.W. to see the purple track.
Pace is moderate but tempered by traffic and hills.  If the group is small, we'll try to stay together.  Cameras OK for short photo ops.
Park in front of the Cascade office, not down the hill.
