This ride is intended as a training ride for people who want to maintain a good level of fitness through the winter. Our route will from Woodinville down to Lakemont Avenue, and various hills in between. This ride should be suitable for people used to riding at a pace ranging from the high-brisk to the strenuous range. Strong riders can get a good workout by pushing themselves hard on the hills, but brisk-paced riders won't get left behind because we will regroup at the top of all hills. Our total elevation gain will be between 3000 and 4000 ft.
Our route may vary depending on the weather. If it is threatening to rain we will stay close to the start, but if the weather looks good we may venture further away.
Steady rain cancels this ride, as does ice, snow, or near-freezing weather. Check the referenced web page for last-minute updates; if in doubt give me a call. If the roads are wet please bring fenders even if it isn't raining

- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
