The Preston-Snoqualmie Trail is relatively short, but a beautiful gem, so we'll take it at a Steady Pace. The trail is paved and follows a historic railroad route with long, but gentle grades through secluded woodlands. We'll cross an old trestle and have (weather permitting) exceptional views of the Snoqualmie River Valley and Snoqualmie Falls. On the way back, we'll detour for a late breakfast at the Fall City Roadhouse. Save room for a stack of their ricotta pancakes! Directions to the start: Take I-90 east to Exit 22, turn left over the highway and then left on SE High Point Way. The P&R is immediately on the left (see map link above for details). We roll at 10:00 am, so please arrive by 9:45 am to sign the waiver. Restrooms located at the Preston Athletic Fields, about a mile into the ride.
