The Seattle Bicycle Expo presented by Raleigh America is a bicycle-only consumer show, with more than 200 booths and between 8,000 and 10,000 attendees annually. Seattle Bicycle Expo is the kick-off event for the Puget Sound region's bicycling season. In its 26th year, Expo has built a reputation on providing visibility and presence for local and national organizations, businesses and bicycle manufacturers.

The 2014 event will once again take place in the deluxe Smith Cove Cruise Terminal, which overlooks the Puget Sound and features a magnificent view of downtown Seattle and the Olympic Mountain range. This modern facility is located at the base of the Magnolia Bridge, only three miles from downtown Seattle. It is easily accessible by bike via the Elliott Bay Trail, and has ample parking for attendees.
The building has two floors, more than 135,000 square feet of show space, and the capacity to hold more than 300 booths. The top floor features large windows, a panoramic view and fully-carpeted floors; the bottom floor is perfect for vendors in need of easy load-in. All booth spaces will have full heating and access to purchase full amenities, including power, phone lines, and display equipment.
- Single booths measure 10' x 10'.
- All booths come with partitions and booth identification.
- Booths under 400 sq ft come with one 6' table and two chairs per 100 sq ft of space.
- All booth spaces are heated.
- First floor booths offer easy loading; second floor booths are fully-carpeted.
- Power, additional furniture, shipping assistance, and display equipment will be available for purchase and rental in early February.
- Wireless internet is available for purchase during booth registration.
- $475 for nonprofit 10' x 10' (only available for first floor, non-corner booths)
- $675 for standard 10' x 10'

We have a limited number of booths available at a reduced rate for new vendors who are interested in exhibiting but unable to afford standard booth fees. For more information or to find out if you qualify for one of these booths contact Stacey at email@example.com.
The 2014 Expo floor plan is available here. Please note that this floor plan will be updated weekly, and may not reflect the most current availability. Booths will be assigned on a first come basis. Due to fire marshal restrictions, if you plan to bring a tent or canopy we may not be able to accommodate you in your first choice booth, and you will be required to pay an additional $10 fee to cover appropriate fire safety equipment for the show.
A listing of material fire and safety regulations will be found on this page by early January. All materials used for display of any kind must be flame proofed to meet the criteria set forth in NFPA 701. This must be verifiable by an accompanying flame certificate. All materials used in specially constructed exhibits such as fabric or other materials. Displays must meet all the required fire regulations. Displays that do not pass inspection will be ordered closed until all fire hazards are corrected or removed. All booth equipment (i.e., tables, chairs, displays, etc.) must not protrude into aisles under any circumstance. Exhibitors may be prohibited from exhibiting for infringing these rules.
To access the wireless internet network at the show you must order it from the Cascade Bicycle Club in advance, or at the show subject to availability. Attempts to utilize the wireless network without officially registering for it slow it down for those who have, and will result in fines. Please also note that wireless internet is to be ordered “at your own risk”. We have had a number of problems with wireless in this venue, and while we continue to do our best to address them, Cascade Bicycle Club does not ultimately hold control over this service and is not liable for any interruptions in service that arise. If internet access is critical to your booth success please contact Cascade to discuss booth locations where you will be able to access your mobile data plan.
No live or recorded music or videos containing music may be used/ played or performed without prior approval. Cascade Bicycle Club reserves the right to at any time during the show to turn down music if Cascade determines the sound interferes with the show.
Exhibitors shall not assign, sublet, or apportion the whole or any part of their space without written permission from Cascade Bicycle Club. Exhibitors subletting or sharing booths without permission can be subject to replacement and an additional fee. All pass-through marketing must be approved by Cascade Bicycle Club. No secondary sponsorships or advertising is permitted. Any secondary sponsorships and advertising will be removed from the show and can lead to the exhibitor being disallowed from exhibition at future expos.
The Cascade Bicycle Club covers a temporary Seattle business license for all vendors who do not already have one. Vendors making sales at the show will need to collect 9.5% sales tax on all retail sales. The City of Seattle will follow up with exhibitors after the event with tax information and instructions on how to pay. Please note that if you are an out of state business and are selling at the show or even just coming to display, the Washington State Department of Revenue may consider your presence as an attempt to establish or maintain a marketplace within the state of Washington. As such, you may be responsible for any taxes or licenses on any sales you make after the show to residents of Washington State. More info available here.
Exhibitors receive five complimentary vendor passes, plus two passes per additional 100 sq. ft. of booth space. Additional passes are available to purchase for $5/each with registration, or at the show booth during load-in and throughout the show.
Parking for load-in on Friday, February 28 is available to vendors at no cost. Parking for Saturday and Sunday is available for $5/day. Weekend parking passes are available to purchase for $10 during registration. Vendors will also be able to purchase a weekend parking pass or a one day only pass at the show booth during load in and throughout the show.
Onsite overnight parking for large trucks and trailers is available. Access to vehicles parked onsite will be limited to show hours.
If an exhibitor cancels or reduces space before January 1, 2014, Cascade Bicycle Club will retain $300 for administrative expenses. All cancelations must be made in writing. If an exhibitor cancels or reduces space after January 1, 2014 no refund will be made. Cascade Bicycle Club reserves the right to assign any space not claimed and occupied two hours prior to show opening to another party without refunding payments.
