Every booth at the show comes with identifying signage, an 8’ back drop and 3’ dividers, and one table and two chairs per 100 sq ft of booth space (up to 300 sq ft). Additional furniture and display materials, as well as shipping assistance and electricity for your booth must be ordered directly through the venue and our decorator. You can do so using the following forms:
Smith Cove audio visual form
Use this form to order electricity and audiovisual equipment. This form must be submitted to AVMS by February 14th to avoid late fees.
PEDCO materials kit
This form contains more information on load in/out, and on ordering display materials and services, including shipping and installation. All orders with PEDCO must be placed by February 21st to avoid late fees.
