This is one of our favorite rides. Be forewarned that the hills are rolling and constant. RSVP by 12/30, and include home/work/fax numbers and e-mail address so leaders can send you complete pre-ride information and help to arrange carpools. Allow at least 1-1/4 hours travel time from Seattle to Camano. The entire island is rolling (or just plain steep) hills, and if the road is wet it could be quite slippery. Mountain bikers should be fine; road bikers may wish to use wider tires for this ride. Bring money for lunch and snacks. Also, bring rain jacket, head- and taillights, and camera (optional). Finally, pack a change of clothing in the car for the ride home.

Pace may be faster depending on group dynamics. Take I-90 east to Hwy 18 exit-go left under freeway. Drive 3 miles to Railroad Ave, turn right, 1 mile to Log Pavilion next to train station.
