Support and Food
We'll take care of you with help from the Puget Sound Amateur Radio Operators, mechanics and our own Safety and Medical Crew. Safety vehicles are identified with Cascade Bicycle Club signs. For day of ride emergencies call 206.841.9665, answered live at our communications center.

Food stops will include: fruit (bananas and grapes), bagels, cookies, Clif bars, granola bars, sport drink and water.

The Edmonds Bicycle Advocacy Group sponsors an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast at the Masonic Lodge start line in Edmonds from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. For only $6, chow down on hotcakes and support a good cause!
