Packwood is located about 3 hours from Seattle on Highway 12.

Due to strong event registration, Packwood Motels may be sold out.

Camping is available at the Start/Finish line at 1896 Homestead (Huntington Road). The $15 camping fee includes event parking (a $5 savings!).

Please consider other options:

If you know of a friend riding in the event who has a motel room, ask if you can double up.

Accommodations may also be found in Ashford (23 miles to start line via Skate Creek R.), in Morton (33 miles west on Highway 12), and at White Pass (20 miles east on Highway 12).

In addition, Cascade Peaks Resort has an excellent campground with showers (eight miles west of Packwood on Highway 12).

Please be considerate and not work on your bicycle in your room. We want to be invited back, and cyclists dripping chain lube on motel carpeting will guarantee we won’t be. Thanks for your help!

Located in the SE corner of the park, 11 miles NE of Packwood on SR 123. Elevation 1914'. 188 individual sites (2 Accessible) + 1 group site. Drinking water, flush toilets, dump station, amphitheater. Suited for RV or tent camping.
