Online Opens Jan. 1
Closes Feb. 18 Seattle start:
$27 + Active.com service fee
Includes round-trip ferry fare.
Winslow start:
$22 + Active.com service fee
No ferry fare included.

Active.com charges a user fee of about $3, still less than mail-in!

Mail In Opens Feb. 1
Closes Feb. 11 Seattle start:
$32, includes round-trip ferry fare.
Winslow start:
$27, no ferry fare included.

2009 Chilly Hilly Registration Form

Bainbridge Island Special Feb. 18 - 20 from noon to 6 p.m. Winslow start only:
$22 SPECIAL (Feb 18 - 20 only): For those riders starting on the B.I. side you can register at the lower online price in person at the B.I. Cycle Shop (124 Bjune Dr. SE, Winslow - 206.842.6413)

Start Lines Feb. 22 Seattle start:
$35, includes round-trip ferry fare.
Winslow start:
$30, no ferry fare included.

Advanced Packet Mailing

Again this year! If your registration is received by Feb. 11 your rider packet will be mailed to you FREE! If you register AFTER Feb. 11 your packet will only be available for pickup on the day of the event at the start line you indicated on your registration form (Seattle or Winslow).

Day-of-Ride Registration and Packet Pickup

Seattle: Day-of-ride packet pickup and day-of-ride registration is on Alaskan Way opposite the Coleman Ferry Terminal. Open 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The ride starts once you get off the ferry.

Bainbridge Island: Day-of-ride packet pickup and day-of-ride registration is at the B.I. Cycle Shop, 124 Bjune Dr SE, Winslow. Open 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. You can start anytime between these times. To get on the route follow Winslow Way north to the where the ferry traffic exits and continue straight.

Cascade Bicycle Clubs Refund Policy

No refunds are available for any reason, medical or otherwise. However, you are permitted to sell or give your Chilly Hilly registration to another person. Please have the new rider turn in a completed registration form and a signed note from the original owner to the start line cashier (no fee).
