Non-Cascade Bicycle Club Event Entry Form

Before entering your event, please review the event promotion guidelines (PDF) to see what opportunities are available to promote your event via Cascade.

Click Submit to agree to the waiver then enter your event using the form on the next page. Pending approval by our website editor, your event will be posted to our online Activities Calendar.

Cascade Bicycle Club Waiver and Release

In consideration of my listing my non-Cascade event on the non-Cascade Event Calendar, I hereby agree and acknowledge the following, which includes a release of liability, which will apply to any incidents that may occur on the event I am listing:

1. I acknowledge that the event I am listing is not sponsored by Cascade Bicycle Club, not endorsed by Cascade Bicycle Club, and not supervised in any fashion by Cascade Bicycle Club. I acknowledge that Cascade Bicycle Club has no responsiblity in any fashion for my event.
    
2. I am aware that with any bicycle related activity there are certain inherent dangers, including but not limited to the hazards of roads, off road terrain, accidents, actions of participants and other persons.  By my listing this non-Cascade Event, I certify that my organization will hold Cascade Bicycle Club harmless of any incident that may possilby occur on my event.
    
3. I freely and voluntarily accept all risks of injury, death, or property damage.  I understand and agree that none of the parties described below may be held liable in any way for any occurrence or accident in connection with this non-Cascade Event.  I hereby RELEASE from any and all liability and agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Cascade Bicycle Club, Cascade Bicycle Club Education Foundation, their officers, agents, successors and assigns, or other volunteers, against all claims, including, but not limited to, claims of negligence, unintentional acts, and acts of omission, and any loss or expense, which may arise from the listing of my event on the non-Cascade Event Calendar.  
4. This Waiver & Release is intended to be binding upon me, my family, my heirs, my estate, my legal representatives and assigns.  Any legal action that may arise from my listing this ride or event will be brought in King County Superior Court in Washington State.  I understand that the terms of this document are contractual and not a mere recital, and I have signed this document as my own free act.

I AGREE I HAVE FULLY INFORMED MYSELF OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS WAIVER & RELEASE BY READING IT AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS.
