| Ride Description: |
| Make sure your bicycle is mechanically sound. Bring a pump, spare tube, repair kit, and a cell phone. There will be no sweep. Climb hills at your own pace. We regroup at top of hills. Strongly recommeded to print a cue sheet for yourself at the URL above. This is not a social ride. This is a training ride. There will be two 10-minute breaks. We will aim to ride at the top end of Brisk. If you are looking to improve your performance this ride is for you. |
