| Ride Description: |
| A fun route with good views and LOTS of climbing hence strenuous classification. Showers will slow pace and shorten or cancel ride if persistent (call DOR# before 8:30 day of ride to check). We will ride hills in Discovery Park, Magnolia, and the Blue Ridge neighorhood in Ballard, plunge down and grind/spin up Carkeek Park Road and back to Discovery Park. Short breaks, no food stop; back by 1pm if on pace.
DIRECTIONS TO START: Enter Discovery Park on West Government Way and make immediate right onto Texas Way; go straight at the stop sign to get to the NORTH PARKING LOT. NOTE: Be there by 8:45 am so we can roll at 9:00 |
