Day of event	There is NO day-of-event registration.
Additions		Back to start for you and your bike: $65 each (includes $10 late fee) Bike shipment only: $30 (includes $5 late fee) Bike storage at Cascade Bicycle Club post-event: $10 / day	8/10/09: Bus transportation is sold out. See the details page for more information on transportation and border crossing. Bus and bike transportation are for registered riders only. You must present your ID and be on the list of registered riders to use these services and to cross the border. Bus tickets without registration are invalid - you will not be able to board the bus.

Ride Support
This ride has limited road support and riders need to be very self sufficient.

Registered Riders
Riders receive a packet consisting of an official ride souvenir coupon, bib number, numbers for your bicycle and helmet, route map, food at the official stops and finish line party tickets.

The registration fee provides social/food stops, baggage transport to Bellingham and Vancouver B.C., bib number, route guide, route markings and souvenir. [more...]

Refunds and transfers

No refunds are available for any reason, medical or otherwise. You are, however, permitted to sell or give your RSVP registration to another person.

Mail-in
If you are transferring registrations or services via mail, you need to complete a Transfer Form (PDF). This form transfers a bib number from one rider to another, which protects everyone in the event of an accident. All transfers must be accompanied by a Registration Form for the new rider. Cost is $20. Mail-in transfer and registration forms must be postmarked by Aug. 7, 2009.

Online
NEW this year you can transfer a registration online for $18 ($15 + $3 active.com fee). To transfer a registration online you need to know the full name, birth date and RSVP bib number of the transferring person's registration. Online transfers close on Aug. 12, 2009.

If you miss either of the above deadlines, please bring transfer and registration forms to the start line.
